Wow...the tulips are blooming early! I just received a call from a teacher from Giffen ES (Jacquelina Johnson)and the tulips the third grade students planted are blooming. It is amazing that the students are on spring break again and won't be back for another week....last year the break was a week later but the tulips starting blooming when they were on recess. At least the students each took a bulb home to plant so maybe they are enjoying it bloom outside their home.
