Just saw our first male rufous of the year, right about on time. Did hear one the afternoon of 4/5 but didn't see it so did put up a feeder to be ready for them. Always a big thrill to have them back as they do breed here. Oh, now there's a female at the feeder! That's never happened before...two birds within minutes of each other. How exciting!
