Tulips BLOOMED

Date: 04/08/2010

Number: 1

Linda and Emily came in to our classrooms today during our spring break. We have been having an unusual hot 75-82degree weather for the past week here in Northwestern NJ. A lot of the tulip and anemone bulbs in our tulip bed have now emerged. We can see that the first tulip is very much opened up. It most likely bloomed on Tues. or Wed.,(April 6 or7), because it is so widely open now. Linda will take a picture of it and we'll send it to you next week when we are back in school. Spring has sprung in our area with many flowering bushes, cherry trees and daffodil gardens in full bloom.
