We checked our tulip garden on Monday, the 5th of April and we had no blooms, but many of the tulips looked really close. Some of our students saw blooms open on Tuesday the 6th. On Wednesday we were leaving for a field trip and many of our kids saw tulips as our bus drove away. Today, which is Thursday, the 8th, we checked again, and have 14 out of our 15 tulips bloomed! We hope that they will come up again next year, when we are in 5th grade. The weather forecast has rain, which is good because our weather has been very hot and dry. We like the warm weather, but we don't want our tulips to wilt. Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah Blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah blah (p.s. the kids wanted me to add that at the end! hehe)
