Thickson's Woods Thursday, 10:30 a.m. First Warblers
Despite a cold wind and frequent showers, there was plenty of song in
Thickson's Woods this morning, including the first Yellow-rumped
Warblers I have heard singing this spring. Other songsters included
Winter Wrens, Juncos and Chipping and Fox Sparrows.
With a cold front arriving, most individuals will probably remain
for at least the next couple of days.
