On Friday, April 2, we looked for blooms, but only saw green flower buds well inside the cluster of leaves on each plant. Imagine our surprise when we came to school on Monday to see fully bloomed tulips! This spring has been so early!! Just a little more than a month ago we still had a heavy blanket of snow covering everything.
