At last, before our spring break, I reported that I could only barely see one or two tulips starting to emerge and we were worried that some damage had occurred due to a cold almost snowless winter. Last week, we had two late snowstorms which quickly melted. This morning, we checked on our tulips, and they all appear to have emerged, maybe about an inch tall. It was exciting, and we were amazed to see how adaptable they are.
