We live on the Pinawa Channel, north of Pinawa and east of Lac du Bonnet. We've been watching the ice melt on the Winnipeg River at the bridge on Hwy 313 and at Lee River. Weekend before last the edges along the shoreline started breaking up and the rest of the ice was spotted with black. Spring is here!
