Second sighting of Common Loons on our lake observed this evening at 6:30 pm when I counted 17 on the lake feeding and resting. At 7:00 pm we counted about 40 and by 7:15 there were over 80 floating, diving and flapping wings in a tight group on the lake. The left as a group flying north after a couple circles of the lake at 8:00 pm. Wonder sight!
