Sighted the first male Rose-breasted Grosbeak of the season this morning. He was at the platform feeder eating black oil sunflower seeds and looking pretty. I expect others to join him during this week and next. Last spring we counted thirteen males and numerous females during one observation.

Conditions: 51 degrees and cloudy.
