I have jelly feeders,oranges, & nectar out for over two weeks. I was sitting on our deck today at 1:40 p.m. central standard time when a (male) baltimore oriole flew down and ate from the jelly feeder right in front of me. The first sighting this year! He kept eating as he continued to chatter at me. I'm so glad he is here! We had 7 or 8 here last year.
