Before leaving the house yesterday, I happened to look out the back window, which is in the south.In ALL my years (I'm no spring chicken) I have never witnessed this before.High in a tree was a BIG black mass of something.I got out my field glasses and still couldn't make out what it was.As luck would have it my neighbor just happened to be outside, so I asked him what it was.He said it was either a huge gathering of bees or wasps.There had to have been thousands.This moring when I woke up, I looked out the window and they were comepletly gone.
How strange.
