At 3:30PM Eastern Time we spotted our first Ruby-Throat Hummingbird. We are 55 miles west of Boston, at an altitude of 1,000 ft., and for the last 10 years have received our first hummers between May 5th and May 9th-- without fail.

It's great to have them back "home"!!!
