We saw our first hummingbird this eve. at dinnertime. I have had my feeder up since April 1st because of unseasonably warm spring. We have watched and watched to no avail. At family dinner tonight our daughter-in-law spotted our little visitor sitting on our gas grill not far from the feeders. It finally fed for a short time at one of my feeders. I rather quickly gave it fresh food. What a joy to have them back!
