The lilacs are in bloom all over the Toronto area and probably elsewhere in Ontario.....but perhaps not out yet further east or north. Beautiful and a nectar source for monarchs.

Reports from all over the province of large numbers of red admiral butterflies. Received a report from Listowel of the stinging nettle there with many eggs.
