Monarch Larva (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/14/2010

Number: 1

We have seen several monarchs come through this spring. However we are so fortunate to see a monarch butterfly caterpillar in our garden today. He is on a milkweed plant we put in two years ago for this specific purpose. He is eating and clinging to the plant. We hope that he can mature here and grow. I will watch and photograph him.
