Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 05/15/2010

Number: 1

earliest sighting for me ever - almost by a month - the milkweed is ready - craziest spring weather also

lots of 70 and 80 degrees days this spring - great warm breezes for two months - everything is about 3 weeks early this year - just caught a glimpse of a Monarch(been raising them for 6 years) heading SW down the road about10 feet off the ground - colors were bright - I had to pinch myself as this was really early. The red admirals have been here for three weeks, tiger swallows for 6 weeks and spicebushes more that a month
