Spotted a male hummer at my cast iron wine rack planter today at 11:50 am where I have four small feeders hanging off of it. He had a quick taste and then left.
I went out, came home and saw the same little guy again at
3:55 pm.
Didn't see him again until 5:05 pm and at this time I watched him go from the wine rack feeders eating heartily and then watched him fly over to one of my two feeders on the deck. Guess he didn't care for the first feeder but ate a lot again at the second feeder.
I was out doing yard work and he just kept coming and going into the evening after that. Two feet away at some points to me. Made my day!
