i saw the ruby-throated humming bird this morning in the trees probalby 30-40 feet from the house. then it came to the hybiscus on the deck outside our kitchen, about 12 feet from the windows. it was there and gone in a flash. so I quickly put out my hummingbird feed too, to attract them.
We'll be watching!
