I saw the first hummer this morning about 9AM at the feeder outside my window and was only at the feeder for about 30 seconds and appeared to be a ruby throated as the back was black. I haven't seen it for the rest of the day and will be on the lookout this evening. Looking forward to seeing more of them this season and will keep fresh nectar out for their visits.
