Bald eagle was along side of road eating something. Once I realized what is was I stopped and placed the car in reverse to try and get a picture. I was only 8 feet or less away from it. I tried to take a picture with my phone camera but when I rolled the window down it flew away into the trees. I definately knew it was beacuse of the white head and it's white feathers as it flew. It was a young bird.
