Monarch Adult (FIRST sighted)

Date: 06/09/2010

Number: 1

Saw a beautiful Monarch flutter past as we were playing miniature golf. It was a warm, sunny day around 2:30 pm. I wish I could have followed it! There is a lot of Milkweed along the roadsides in our area this year so I really hope the Monarchs do well here and help replenish the lost population. I have a butterfly house at home and plan to help as many eggs and larva as I can to make it to the adult butterfly stage!
