Bald Eagle was spotted at 8:20 am. It was located at a place locals call wide waters off of Lyell street in Spencerport. It is actually like a small bay connected to the Erie Canal. The eagle grabbed a fish and flew to nearby tree to eat. Then some fisherman in a boat were filming it and spooked it. It flew north.
