We have as many as 12 Goldfinches per day, and use as much as 8 lbs. of Thistle per week.
Gradually they have been vanishing. We did sight one, today.
We are wondering what is the phenomenon here? It has been unseasonably hot. We have been fighting algae, changing the water every other day. We, also, have a newly acquired dog that has separation anxiety, and barks incessantly while we are gone. (about 4 times a week). Do you have a clue?
