Good morning fellow bird watchers,tp 83* d/p 74* h/i 90*.My garden is doing well despite the heat. The hummers are visiting on a regular basis.I saw a young male orchard oriole and a family of blue birds. There are turkeys everywhere. The caterpillar disappeared? Butterflies and dragonflies all over the place. Tomatoes had a rough start but are looking better. Also saw a family of tree swallows.I often sit out on my porch early in the morning and listen. There are birds out there that I hear but have yet to identify. It's often just a fleeting glimpse or a few notes. The viburnums have gotten quite large and are good shelter for the birds.I think a wild cherry is growing in my garden,I shall leave it until next year. Good birding and gardening.
