Monarch (OTHER Observations)

Date: 08/01/2010

Number: 1

The Monarch Butterfly emerged from its chrysalis today. We had to protect eggs, larvae and pupae from predators in the milkweed and raise the Monarchs inside. This year has a larger population of spiders, earwigs, ants, and lady-bird beetles than seen in other years.
