A very good year here in NY. I already released 42 Monarchs in July and I am raising 40 or 50 + more for the migration right now. Every time I go out to the garden to get leaves, I keep finding eggs! I hope that this means it is a banner year for them and that they have recovered from low numbers. There will be at least 4 dozen migrating from my house this fall, and that is the best I've had in the 2 years that I have also seen adults flying around the sides of the roads every day in larger numbers than I have spotted before.
