We are on vacation in Maine and while visiting a friend's house in Liberty, Maine saw six hummingbirds zipping around the yard (and us). They were feeding on Black Eyed Susans, Corn Flowers, Lupin and others. We saw several at the coast around our cottage at Round Pond, Me. Both sightings happened to be early afternoon.
