I have many Ruby-throated Hummingbirds (I can usually count at least 75 at anny given time) and it seems like the past few days the numbers have increased. There are not as many adult males as there have been earlier in the season. This is the first year I have noticed them chase away larger birds. I've seen them chase Goldfinch and House Sparrows.
