Many ferns are turning yellow already...and so are some young poplars inspite of the up to +33 C temperatures of the last weeks. When the sun begins to set there is the August golden/yellow glow in the trees at it goes down.
Frogs abound along the lake edge.
Insects are reducing in numbers..we see hardly any ants now.
