I was in our school garden looking at butterflies when I noticed a hummingbird flit up and sit 5 feet in front of me on a Texas Star Hibiscus. He sat for about a minute and then moved to Standing Cypress to drink nectar. He left to chase another hummingbird that entered the vicinity.
