In the past week (8/13-20/10) I have noted several monarchs flitting about milkweed plants laying eggs for the fall brood. Most exciting was one monarch laying eggs just 5 feet from my wife and I on a milkweed at our patio we nurture just for this precious moment and reward for our diligence.

We have a baby!
