Our many hummingbirds are very active right now, and acting very territorial around the feeders. I hear a lot of their chip-chip-chipping sounds as they zoom around the feeders and chase each other away. I am keeping the feeders filled and have even upped the sugar content of my mixture a little bit. They usually leave my home here in Minnesota around Labor Day.
