The monarch was in my front yard searching for nectar in my wildflowers. When he settled I noticed the tag on his wing. I took a picture on micro setting and after zooming it in, it looks like the tag reads TAG@KU.EDU, Monarch watch, 1-800-tagging, NGL 900. My camera is an Olympus stylus 3000. The tag is what sent me to the internet to find out info.
