I counted a total of 10 larvae on my milkweed.I counted 7 that were on some Tropical Milkweed,2 were on some Swamp Milkweed and
1 was on some Common Milkweed.I have had Monarchs throughout each
day this past week from 8/16-8/21/10.I only have about 2 hours per day to watch for Monarchs.I count from 2 to 5 Monarchs in this 2 hour period each day.I found 1 Monarch on a Swamp Milkweed
which had all of its leaves eaten away.I put the catapillar on
another Swamp Milkweed and it seems to be doing just fine.I also
observed 2 Monarchs that were mating on some milkweed as well.
