Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 08/23/2010

Number: 1

We still had 20/25 "Ruby Throated Hummers" at our feeders over the weekend. The first one has shown up this Monday morning at 6:04 am. The others are slowly getting awake and will stay active at the feeders all day until around 8 pm. We have seven feeders out which take 10 1/2 cups of sugar water which we clean and refill everyday. I will be sorry to see them leave. We still have one pair of Orioles that are using the feeders too.
