Driving South out of Rockford, Il on Mulford Rd. Just after I crossed the Kiswaukee River and continued south, a large bird caught my eye. After giving it a 2nd, and 3rd look, I was amazed to see a Bald Eagle, heading north. It's white head and tail a gleaming in the late afternoon sunlight.
