While volunteering at our local zoo this afternoon, I could look out at any given time and see Monarchs flying around getting nectar off of our many flowers. I have found about 5 large caterpillars and brought them in to continue to raise them. I have lost 3 of the five to the Tachnid fly larvae. It is sad to see this happen so I am bringing in the eggs when I find them and raising them inside to protect them from the Tachnid fly. My observation time: I was watching for _4__ hours and ___ minutes.
