We hung a feeder outside the high school science room window on Aug 25 at 4:00PM. 2 hummingbirds were observed feeding at 8:00 AM on Aug 26. We saw two birds at the feeder all day yesterday and continue to see them today. It is amazing to students that no hummingbirds were observed until we hung the feeder. They seem to "come from nowhere" said one student.
