My friend has 8 Black-chinned hummers and called me when a male Ruby-throat showed up at her feeders on 8/25.

Here at home we have 4 Black-chins battling over 7 feeders - go figure. A Calliope put in a brief appearance on 8/25, pausing to rest - he was panting - before sailing away over the tree tops.
