Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 08/27/2010

Number: 1

We see hummers all day long at our 5 feeders. as far as i can tell , they are either black chinned, broad-tailed, rufous allen's or calliope. they all seem to have the white tips on their tails. some are very small, guessing they are new hatchlings. they are so fast and very territorial. lots of fun to watch. it has been at or near 100 degrees all month long. guess they like the heat. see ya next week. bj
