the hummingbirds are still around, though I did not notice any males yesterday (no noticeable little red necks!) - they may have left recently, ahead of the females. still a little competition for the feeders.

around here, when the nights drop to about 42 degrees fahrenheit at night, they seem to all take off the next morning.
