Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 08/28/2010

Number: 1

We continue to see hummers all day. I most often see more of them around 4:30p until almost dark. 95% are females who feed at the perennials as well as my feeders which I clean and fill with fresh hooch every 3 days. I'll bet they're the hummingbirds born this season since most look rather small. And they do occasionally have aerial wars for territory, fun to hear and most times watch!
