Signs of Fall

Date: 08/31/2010

Number: 1

Two nights ago we had a bit of a wind storm. Next morning was 12 degrees cooler at 6AM than the day before - 58 degrees as compared to 70. Leaves on the cottonwood trees are starting to turn and fall off. Hummingbirds still at the feeders, more frequent and varied species are feeding. Our bees are frequenting the broccoli flowers, etc as most of the summer perennials are spent.
