Sitting on my deck tonight the yard was full of these beautiful butterflies. I was in awe at the sight as I have never seen so many together at one time. This has been happening for about a week now. Tonight they were all grouping together in a tree. BEAUTIFUL!!

Editor's Note: This observer did not specify the number of monarchs present. Although the observer says the roost was large, without a number we are estimating 100 butterflies.
