I was out on a boat on Lake Erie at East 9th Street Pier and in about two hours of being on the boat along the Cuyagoga River and Lake Erie actually counted at least 50 Monarch Butterflies flying all over. They were flying across the Lake and when you were on land you could see the numbers all flying in the same direction and when you saw one there was usually a couple more behind it.It was really nioce to see. A couple of nights later I stopped somewhere and there were at least a dozen butterflies flying in and landing on trees to roost at night. My observation time: I was watching for __3 hours and _20__ minutes.
