today cooler temps around 68, weather is rainy and wind around 15 mph no monarchs to be seen today My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and _30__ minutes.

We live in small town on the north shore of lake michigan,in the upper penninsula.the weather was around 72 degrees and there were id say at least 5000 monarchs stretched out about three miles along the highway , there was little to no wind and sunshine, a lot of them were on the ground by the highway, while there were just as many in the air. it was hard to tell the true direction of there flight because we are at the lake shore, and they were fluttering everywhere. i did not know that monarchs even migrated until i looked on line, i have never seen so many in my life so i figured there must be something. My observation time: I was watching for ___ hours and__20_ minutes.
