We have four frequent hummers that visit our 4 cup feeder every day. We are refilling this feeder once every six days, one cup per hummer per six days.

My parents have four feeders (one and four cup) and multitudes of hummers (not very scientific I know, but too many to keep count with the diving in and out).

I have watched my feeder for 2 hours at a time and plan to watch my parents feeders for a specific time frame to try to get a more scientific count. Any pointers?
