While playing on the playground during our first week of school several students spotted monarchs fluttering in the field. Our weather was unseasonably hot; every day the first week was at or near 90 F. Several students spotted monarchs at their homes after school one day. We plan to go out when the weather cools next week and start observing as a group. My observation time: I was watching for _.5__ hours and ___ minutes.
