Hummingbird Sighting

Date: 09/04/2010

Number: 1

From the start I still have the two male ruby throated hummers still feeding at the feeder, along with two females that came to the feeder last week. I noticed alot more feeding being done with each one of them throughout the day into the early evening and both sexes chasing one another. Just made up a new batch of food and been giving fresh food every other day now. The weather these past few days were in the high sixties and lows in the high forties at night which is unusual for the beginning of September. Days ahead upper seventies lows upper fifties normal for this time of year.
